For over 20 years, I’ve followed a highly effective fitness practice centered around rebounding, calisthenics, and functional movement.
I wasn’t chasing six-pack abs or flashy aesthetics. I was building something more lasting: foundational strength, robust vitality, and the physical resilience that carries you vibrantly through every stage of life.
I maintained my training through long workdays, leadership roles, fatherhood, and the everyday demands that come with being human. Through it all, one truth stayed with me: "To show up fully for life and the people you love, you first have to build a strong foundation within yourself."
